Integrative Counsellor / Psychotherapist - for adults, young people and children.

I have been working as a professionally qualified practitioner in the field of Counselling​ / Psychotherapy since 1994. I attained my Masters Degree in Therapeutic Child Care in 1998.

I have extensive experience in working with primary and secondary age children, as well as parents / carers and school staff, in providing a holistic approach to improve emotional wellbeing.

In the last twenty years I have developed a range of ways to work with concerns for adults, young people and children. These include: Working individually and with groups, multi-agencies and offering consultations to other professionals.

As an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a member of BACP Children and Young People, I am bound by and adhere to The Ethical Framework for Good Practice in counselling .

My training and experience also includes using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) with adults, young people and children. I am a member of The Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Therapies (AAMET) .
